My name is Abbie. I’m 28 years old, a self-taught photographer, AirBnB owner, wife and mother.
I grew up in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan. This is where I learned to walk outside barefoot, appreciate the changes in seasons and see the magic hidden between the trees. I live a fast paced life, but sip my drinks slow. I breathe the same air as all of you, just hold the camera while you stand in front of it. I do not judge, I only encourage. I strive to enjoy life.
I’m quite down to earth and sarcastic. I love random chats about life, traveling and creating art. When we meet, I can promise you 2 things - natural conversation like 2 friends who haven't seen each other in months as well as beautiful photo memories that we’ll create together.
I have 3 kids
A 3 year old boy
A 4 year old girl
& a 10 year old bonus daughter
I don't expect perfect poses or still moments- I don't hold any expectations at all. As a mom myself, I know that working with kids means patience, play, and a good sense of humor. I love turning those quick giggles, shy smiles, and wild burst of energy into beautiful, lasting photos that tell your family's story just as it is.
Being a mom has taught me to go with the flow - and that every family is wonderfully unique. I'm experienced working with families of all kinds and individuals with different abilities, and I take pride in creating an environment where everyone can feel relaxed and included.

From custom macrame pieces, to antlers galore, with seasonal touches, and my parents providing an amazing Farm-to-Table Thanksgiving Style Feast.
Every detail was accounted for. Cocktail hour was a blast and it was a night I will always remember.

Whether it's scoring my sourdough, styling a new house build, or picking out a new outfit for ever outing, I'm happiest when I'm creating something I get to share.
My heart will always be in the details- the light that flickers off the cute windchime hanging in the window that was gifted to you by a family member, the laughter you share with your amazing girlfriends around the campfire, the connection between the people who everyday remind you, you matter.
I love that life is so broad and special. Everything has meaning and matters. Little moments, big milestones, everyday pieces- that is what I live to preserve through my lens.
I'm not done yet
Life is always evolving and SO AM I. As you all know we built our home last year and transitioned the rental property to it's new permanent location. We'll we have built onto that property, creating new spaces for family, creativity, and community. This addition will also include a beautiful addition of a Natural Light studio where I can welcome more stories, laughter, and real-life moments to capture. When not serving as a studio we hope the space can serve the community in some capacity. I can't wait to see what's next and how it all comes together in the Spring of 2026. I truly enjoy new projects, new memories, and all the beautifully messy, joy-filled adventures along the way.
